Any good craftsman knows to measure twice, cut once. From digital to physical, we spend extra time engineering and refining the design. Countless hours are spent on each design to refine the multitude of details, such as available concavity, brake clearance, hub depth, offset ranges, bolt pattern ranges, manufacturing methods.
We work with a global network of manufacturing and sourcing companies. We are able to provide a full turnkey wheel manufacturing experience, with capabilities in mold, cast, forged production as well as branding.
Product Design
We offer full design packages for your wheel brand. Each design starts with studying the brand’s heritage and design philosophy, we then design the new wheel lineup to match the brand perfectly. Details are then inspired by the brand’s rich heritage of philosophy, whether it be the meticulous attention to detail, complex sculpting, key details from history.
Hundreds of hours are spent on each design and refining each detail meticulously, no dimension is too small for refinement. We proudly incorporate our engineering expertise into the design process, each design is also optimized for the lug patterns, center bore, concavity and a multitude of other factors that are usually handled during engineering. This ensures the engineered sample will match the originally designed wheel.
Engineering
With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and an eye for design, we have an understanding of engineering and manufacturing that is unmatched. We proudly take no shortcuts engineering a design, hundreds of hours can be spent on a design to refine the structure and proportions to be the lightest and strongest available.
Our engineers are versatile and capable, we offer full engineering services to fulfill any of your requirements. We're capable of checking dimensional clearances, running full finite element analysis to check the strength of the wheel, 3d computer-assisted design in a multitude of software and file formats, and engineering the design to meet all applicable standards (JWL, VIA, TUV, SAE).
Branding
We are a full design powerhouse with an internal branding and marketing team. Our team can handle all aspects of company branding, from logos & catalogs to full websites.
Our graphic designers can handle logos and packaging designs. We offer high-quality 3d renders that can be used for advertising and marketing without the commitment of a physical prototype.
