Product Design
Full design packages for your wheel brand. Each design starts with studying the brand’s heritage and design philosophy; we then design the new wheel lineup to match the brand perfectly. Hundreds of hours are spent refining each detail — and every design is optimized for lug patterns, center bore, concavity and more, so the engineered sample matches the originally designed wheel.
Engineering
Over 20 years of manufacturing experience and an eye for design give us an understanding of engineering that is unmatched. We take no shortcuts: dimensional clearance checks, full finite element analysis, 3D CAD in a multitude of software and file formats, and engineering to all applicable standards (JWL, VIA, TUV, SAE).
Branding
A full design powerhouse with an internal branding and marketing team — from logos & catalogs to full websites. Our graphic designers handle logos and packaging; we offer high-quality 3D renders for advertising and marketing without the commitment of a physical prototype.
